The journal keeps the editorial record of every manuscript so that decisions can be checked and concerns investigated.

• Submissions, review reports, decision letters, and correspondence are kept in the OJS system for at least five years after the final decision or publication.
• Records are accessible only to the editorial team members who need them.
• Personal data are handled according to the Privacy Statement.
• Records relevant to an ongoing ethics case are kept until the case is closed.
