Relationship between the publisher and the editors
The publisher appoints the Editor-in-Chief, provides resources, and approves journal policies. It does not take part in decisions on individual manuscripts. Editorial decisions are made by the editors alone; see Editorial Independence.

The journal promotes itself only through accurate information on this website, official university channels, and academic events. It does not send unsolicited mass emails inviting submissions.
