Website-based formative feedback needs analysis in physics learning

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan formative feedback berbasis website pada pembelajaran fisika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan desain penelitian ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluating). Adapun artikel ini hanya berfokus pada tahapan analisis sebagai bagian dari studi pendahuluan. Subjek uji coba pada penelitian ini adalah 485 orang peserta didik kelas XI program MIPA dan 13 orang guru fisika yang tersebar di 13 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Data angket dianalisis dengan menghitung persentase angket respon dari guru maupun perserta didik. Adapun data wawancara dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dibutuhkan formative feedback berbasis website yang dimaksud memungkinkan: (a) adanya feedback yang disampaikan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan, (b) ditujukan kepada setiap peserta didik maupun secara kelompok, dan (c) berfokus tidakhanya pada kemampuan peserta didik, namun juga pada kelemahan yang mereka miliki. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu landasan perumusan pengembangan penilaian formative feedback berbasis website, terutama pada pembelajaran fisika.
