Archiving Policy

Efisiensi ensures that its published content remains permanently available, even if the journal stops publishing. It uses distributed digital preservation services, persistent identifiers, and several access points.

1. Digital Preservation Services

1.1 LOCKSS

The journal is enabled for LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) through Open Journal Systems. LOCKSS allows participating libraries to collect and preserve copies of the journal's content.

2. Persistent Identifiers

Every article and issue receives a DOI registered with Crossref (prefix 10.21831). DOIs resolve to the current location of the article even if the journal moves to a new address.

3. Additional Copies and Access Points

  • Article metadata and full-text links are harvested by Crossref, Garuda, Google Scholar, and DOAJ, and listed in SINTA.
  • Metadata are exposed through the journal's OAI-PMH interface for harvesting by repositories and indexing services.

4. Back-up and Continuity

The journal is hosted on the Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta OJS platform, which is maintained and backed up by the university. If the journal ceases publication, the publisher will keep the archive online or transfer it to a preservation service so that all articles remain accessible.

5. Self-Archiving by Authors

Authors may deposit any version of their article in institutional or subject repositories, with a link to the published version (Open Access Policy).
