History

Jurnal Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan (JPTK) is published by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. It was established to share the research of regional and national researchers and professionals in technical and vocational education, and it has grown into an international, English-language journal.

May 2007	The journal is first published online, in Bahasa Indonesia.
2011 (Vol. 20, Issue 2)	Articles are published in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with English abstracts, to reach international researchers.
2016 (Vol. 23, Issue 2)	The journal publishes fully in English. Editors and reviewers from several continents are invited to strengthen the review.
December 2017	The journal is accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Indonesia.
January 2022	A new Editor-in-Chief is appointed, and academics from several countries join as editors and reviewers.
October 2022	Accreditation is renewed by Decree No. 204/E/KPT/2022, valid until 2026.

Today

The journal publishes two issues a year, in May and October, and is indexed in SINTA, DOAJ, Dimensions, Google Scholar, and other services. See Publishing Frequency and Abstracting & Indexing.
