How a manuscript reaches an issue
1.  The manuscript is submitted online and checked for similarity. See Author Guidelines.
2.  It goes through double-blind peer review. See Peer Review Process.
3.  If it is accepted, the author pays the Article Publication Charge. See Author Fees.
4.  The article is prepared for production and published with a DOI.

Issues
Published issues are in the Archives, and the latest issue is under Current.

Changes
Any change in the frequency of the journal is announced on the website before it takes effect.
