Business model

Diklus: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah is an open-access journal published by the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. All articles are free to read, download, and share on publication. In line with the COPE principles of transparency, the journal states its sources of revenue and its fees openly.

Sources of revenue

Publisher	The Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, supports the editorial office, the platform, and the staff.
Article Publication Charge	IDR 750,000 per accepted article, payable only after acceptance. See Article Publication Charge.
Readers	No subscription or pay-per-view fee.
Advertising	None. See the Advertising Policy.

Fees

• No submission or processing fee.
• No charge for manuscripts that are rejected or withdrawn before acceptance.
• Authors who cannot pay may ask the editor for a waiver or a reduction before acceptance. Requests are handled separately from the review and do not affect the decision.

Independence

Fees and funding have no part in editorial decisions. Editors who decide on a manuscript do not handle payments. See Editorial Independence and Sponsorship and Independence.
