Copyright Notice

Copyright in each published article remains with the author or authors. Authors grant Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen the right of first publication and a non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article in any medium, and to register it with Crossref and distribute its metadata to indexing services. No transfer of copyright to the publisher is required.

Licence

Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International Licence (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this licence anyone may share and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercially, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author and the journal, a link to the licence is provided, any changes are indicated, and derivative works are distributed under the same licence.

Editorial note: confirm that CC BY-SA 4.0 is the licence recorded in the OJS settings and shown in the site footer, and make the article PDF, the OJS metadata, and this page consistent. An inconsistency here is a common reason for DOAJ applications to be returned.

Author rights

Authors may, without seeking permission from the journal:

  • deposit the published version in an institutional or subject repository, immediately upon publication;
  • post the article on a personal or departmental website and on scholarly networks;
  • reuse the article, in whole or in part, in a thesis, a book, teaching material, or a later work;
  • distribute copies to colleagues and students for non-commercial scholarly purposes.

In each case the original publication in Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen must be cited and, where possible, linked through its DOI.

Author warranties

By submitting, the corresponding author confirms on behalf of all authors that the work is original; that it has not been published before and is not under consideration elsewhere; that all authors have approved the submission; that any third-party material, including figures, tables, instruments, and extended quotations, is used with permission and properly credited; and that the work contains nothing unlawful, defamatory, or in breach of the privacy or confidentiality of research participants.

Third-party material

The licence applies to the article as a whole. Material reproduced from other sources remains subject to its own copyright, and authors must obtain and document permission before submission. Such material must be clearly labelled with its source in the caption.
