HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, PELATIHAN, DAN KETERLIBATAN KARYAWAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Penelitian ini berguna untuk menguji efek dan hubungan dari ketiga variabel yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional, pelatihan, dan keterlibatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang yang diambil untuk studi ini berjumlah 175 responden yang dipilih secara acak.Metode analisisyang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepemimpinan transformasional tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara langsung, pelatihan yang baik mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara langsung, dan keterlibatan karyawan yang baiktidak mempengaruhi secara langsung dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian, maka peneliti memberikan saran kepada perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan serta memastikan dan mematuhi peraturan yang sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku di sebuah instansi. Keunikan dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengambil variabel mengenai Employee Engagement di industri konstruksi (Real Estate) yang belum banyak diteliti oleh peneliti sebelumnya.
