Abstrak: Analisis Integritas Dan Motivasi Kerja Serta Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Etos Kerja Di Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (BPMP) Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Integritas dan Motivasi Kerja Serta Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja melalui Etos Kerja. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 90 responden metode nonprobability sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan sebagai berikut: Pertama, integritas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kedua, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Ketiga, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Keempat, integritas tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui etos kerja. Kelima, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui etos kerja. Keenam, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui etos kerja. Ketujuh, etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil tersebut penting bahwa pimpinan dan pegawai bekerja secara professional dalam melaksanakan tugas untuk meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract: Analysis of Integrity and Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Performance through Work Ethic at the Education Quality Assurance Center (BPMP) of Yogyakarta Special Region Province. This study aims to analyze the effect of Integrity and Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Performance through Work Ethic. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 90 respondents nonprobability sampling method. Based on the results of the research conducted as follows: First, integrity has a positive and significant effect on performance. Second, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Third, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance. Fourth, integrity has no positive and significant effect on performance through work ethic. Fifth, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance through work ethic. Sixth, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance through work ethic. Seventh, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance. These results are important that leaders and employees work professionally in carrying out tasks to improve performance.
