PROMOSI JABATAN SEBAGAI STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract


Abstrak: Promosi Jabatan Sebagai Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan. Upaya dalam mengelola kualitas sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berdedikasi kepada visi misi perusahaan diperlukan apresiasi kinerja karyawan, agar karyawan selalu bersemangat dalam bekerja. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawan baik yang bersifat materiil maupun yang bersifat nonmateriil. Promosi jabatan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengapresiasi kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dikarenakan semakin tinggi tawaran promosi terhadap karyawan maka karyawan akan termotivasi dalam bekerja. Penilaian kinerja, yang menjadi dasar promosi jabatan, merupakan bentuk motivasi sekaligus apresiasi dalam dunia kerja. Dengan penilaian tersebut, seorang karyawan akan termotivasi untuk selalu memberikan performa terbaiknya karena selalu mendapatkan dukungan dan apresiasi. Promosi Jabatan yang dilakukan dengan maksimal akan berdampak sangat baik pada kinerja karyawan. Kinerja baik tentunya beriringan dengan meningkatnya ketercapaian tujuan perusahaan.

 

Abstract: Job Promotion as an Employee Performance Improvement Strategy. To build good and dedicated human resources, companies need to give appreciation for the performance of their employees. Appreciation increases employee motivation to work. Companies must pay attention to the needs of employees both material and non-material to improve the performance of employees. Job promotion is a form of non-material appreciation from the company. The higher the promotional offer, the higher the motivation to work. Performance appraisal, which is the basis for promotion, is a form of motivation as well as appreciation in the world of work. With performance appraisal, an employee will be motivated to always give their best performance because they always get support and appreciation. The effect of well implementation of job promotion is good for employees performance. Well implementation of promotion will have a good impact on employee performance. Good performance certainly goes hand in hand with the company's achievements.
