HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN JASMANI OLAHRAGA DAN KESEHATAN SISWA SMP

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan (PJOK) siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 4 Kandis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 60 orang sebagai sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket untuk mengukur tingkat motivasi belajar siswa dan nilai rapor untuk mengetahui hasil belajar mereka.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa secara umum berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 81,7%. Analisis korelasi menghasilkan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,287, yang lebih besar dari r tabel (0,254), menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 8,2% mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi belajar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 8,2% terhadap variasi hasil belajar siswa.Kesimpulannya, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar PJOK siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 4 Kandis. Motivasi belajar memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ini.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes in physical education, sports, and health (PJOK) subjects among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Kandis. This research employs a correlational method involving all eighth-grade students, totaling 60 individuals, as a saturated sample. Data were collected through questionnaires to measure students' learning motivation and report card scores to assess their learning outcomes.The results indicate that students' learning motivation is generally categorized as very high, with an average score of 81.7%. Correlation analysis yields a calculated r value of 0.287, which is greater than the r table value of 0.254, indicating a significant positive relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination is 8.2%, suggesting that learning motivation contributes 8.2% to the variation in students' learning outcomes. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes in PJOK subjects among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Kandis. Learning motivation plays an important role in improving students' learning outcomes in this subject.
