Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Deduktif, Induktif dan Kemampuan Dasar Terhadap Peningkatan Kebugaran Jasmani Peserta Didik Kelas X

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Deduktif, Induktif dan Kemampuan Dasar Terhadap Peningkatan Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan ulang faktorial 2x2. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akutansi SMKN 4 Sijunjung. Sampel adalah Peserta Didik Kelas X yang berjumlah 32 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling. Instrument Pengumpulan data kesegaran jasmani yaitu: (1) lari 60 meter (2) gantung sikut, (3) baring duduk, (4) loncat tegak, dan (5) lari 1000 meter. Data kebugaran jasmani yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan statistik inferensial ANOVA 2x2 dua jalur (two way ANOVA ). Hasil analisis: (1) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada model pemeblajaran deduktif lebih rendah dari pada model pembelajaran induktif, (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada kemampuan dasar tinggi memiliki perbedaan dengan kemampuan dasar rendah, (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan dasar terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani, (4) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa yang memiliki kemampuan dasar tinggi, lebih rendah pada model pemeblajaran deduktif dari pada model pembelajaran induktif, (5) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa yang memiliki kemampuan dasar rendah, memiliki perbedaan denagan model pemeblajaran deduktif dan model pembelajaran induktif, (6) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa pada model pemeblajaran deduktif tidak memiliki perbedaan dengan kemampuan dasar tinggi dan rendah, (7) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa pada model pembelajaran induktif memiliki perbedaan dengan kemampuan dasar tinggi dan rendah. Kesimpulan model pembelajaran induktif lebih berpengeruh dari pada model pembelajaran deduktif dan kemampuan dasar terahadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa.
The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Deductive, Inductive and Basic Ability Learning Models on Improving Students' Physical Fitness. The study was conducted using a 2x2 factorial redesign. The population is all students of class X Accounting of SMKN 4 Sijunjung. The sample was Class X Learners totaling 32 students. The sampling technique is probability sampling. Instruments for collecting physical freshness data are: (1) 60-meter run (2) elbow hanging, (3) sitting beding, (4) upright jumping, and (5) 1000-meter run. The physical fitness data obtained were further analyzed with two-way ANOVA inferential statistics (two way ANOVA). Analysis results: (1) there are differences in physical fitness improvement in the deductive learning model lower than in the inductive learning model, (2) there are differences in physical fitness improvement in high basic ability have differences with low basic ability, (3) There is an influence of interaction between the learning model and basic ability on improving physical fitness, (4) there is a difference in improving physical fitness of students who have high basic ability, lower in the deductive learning model than in the inductive learning model, (5) there are differences in improving the physical fitness of students who have low basic abilities, have differences in the deductive learning model and the inductive learning model, (6) there are differences in the improvement of students' physical fitness in the deductive learning model has no difference with high and low basic abilities, (7) there are differences in improving physical fitness students in the inductive learning model have differences with high and low basic abilities. The conclusion of the inductive learning model is more influential than the deductive learning model and the basic ability to improve the physical fitness of students.
