Sinergi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi sebagai Strategi Pembentukan Karakter Tanggung Jawab melalui Hukum di Era Digital

The deterioration of the character of student moral responsibility in the digital era is one of the important problems in higher education. This article aims to analyze the formation of the character of student responsibility through law in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This research uses a literature study method by examining various academic sources in the form of national and international journals as well as regulations related to higher education, character, moral responsibility, and the use of digital technology. The results of the study show that law has a strategic role in shaping and directing the character of student responsibility through norms, obligations, rules, and institutional mechanisms that integrate moral values in the implementation of education, research, and community service. The synergy of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education with a legal framework oriented towards character formation can strengthen students' awareness to carry out academic, social, and moral responsibilities ethically in the digital space and community life. This study concludes that strengthening the character of responsibility through law needs to be consistently integrated in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education so that the values of Pancasila, ethics, and social responsibility are not only understood normatively, but also internalized and manifested in student behavior in the digital era.
