Article Publishing Charge (APC)

Jurnal Economia is an open-access journal. All articles are free to read and download. An Article Publication Charge (APC) of IDR 1,500,000 is required only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

Fee Structure

  • Article Submission: IDR 0 (Free)
  • Peer Review: IDR 0 (Free)
  • Article Publication Charge (APC): IDR 1,500,000 (Paid upon acceptance)
  • Corrections or Retractions: IDR 0 (Free)

What the APC Covers

The APC covers editorial management, language copyediting, layout formatting, Crossref DOI registration, online hosting, and indexing services.

Payment Procedure

  • Official payment instructions and invoices are sent by the editor to the corresponding author after manuscript acceptance.
  • Payment must be made according to the official invoice, and proof of payment should be sent to jurnaleconomia@uny.ac.id.
  • The journal never requests payments prior to acceptance or into personal accounts.

Editorial Independence APC payment does not influence editorial decisions, expedite the review process, or guarantee acceptance. No charges apply to rejected or withdrawn manuscripts.
