Ngudi Lestari business partners are a business group for housewives with 35 members who are also female village activists located in Jambu Hamlet, Giri Cahyo, Purwosari, Gunungkidul. The location of the Ngudi Lestari business partner is very strategic because it is close to several tourist destinations in Giri Cahyo, such as OBELIX, Watu Paris, Bukit Soka, Paralayang, and religious tourism in Gua Langse. The problem currently faced by the Ngudi Lestari business group is the lack of equipment used for production in line with the types of products produced until they are ready for sale. Since the beginning of the business, all production equipment has been borrowed from several group members and other community members, so that when production is required, some of the equipment is used by its owners for their own purposes. In addition to equipment issues, the ‘Ngudi Lestari’ business group also faces the problem of very limited marketing and low entrepreneurial motivation. In terms of business management, the group is still very traditional, so increasing sales requires adequate knowledge of how to promote the products made by the group. One of the efforts that has been made is to provide training on fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, changing mindsets, product selling strategies, and promoting products through marketplaces.
