Abstract

The objective of this study is to provide training and assistance in financial management and digital marketing for MSMEs in Wonokerto Village. UMKM actors have experienced difficulties in managing finances and marketing their products and services. In response to these issues, training and mentoring on financial management and digital marketing are necessary for UMKM actors. The training method consists of several stages. The first stage involves planning activities, including coordination with UMKM actors and village officials. The second stage is the training or implementation phase, during which partners are given insights and training on effective and appropriate financial management. The final stage is an evaluation activity where participants are given pre- and post-tests related to the training that has been conducted. Afterward, participants receive mentoring. During the training implementation, the 30 UMKM participants were highly enthusiastic about discussing financial management and digital marketing. The next activity is mentoring, in which participants practice financial management and market their products or services through digital marketing. The training participants receive guidance in both financial management and digital marketing.
