Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis problematika yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendekatan deep learning pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesenjangan antara tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan realitas implementasi di lapangan, terutama dalam pembelajaran IPA yang memerlukan integrasi kompleks antara hakikat pembelajaran IPA dengan tiga pilar deep learning dan kompetensi 6C. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi dengan subjek tiga guru IPA kelas III, IV, dan V yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi nonpartisipatif, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima problematika, yaitu: (1) konseptual, yaitu pemahaman responden belum lengkap tentang dimensi profil lulusan dan kesulitan mengintegrasikan tiga pilar deep learning; (2) pedagogis, mencakup kesulitan merancang modul ajar integratif; (3) manajerial, yaitu keterbatasan waktu; (4) sumber daya, keterbatasan media dan laboratorium; serta (5) beban kerja administratif berlebihan. Implikasi menekankan perlunya pendampingan berkelanjutan, penyediaan fasilitas memadai, dan pengurangan beban administratif guru.
