The journal focuses on studies of school management and leadership.

Scope

The journal covers the following areas:

01 School Planning

Planning activities and processes in schools.

02 Program and Project Management

Management of programs and projects in schools.

03 School Resources Management

Management of educational personnel, curriculum, student affairs, school finance, infrastructure, educational facilities (including libraries, laboratories, and learning resources), technology, and information.

04 School Leadership Development

Preparation and development of school leaders.

05 Leadership in Diverse Contexts

School leadership in a wide range of contexts, including post-conflict and remote areas.

The journal encourages manuscripts that address current issues within the scope above. Studies outside Indonesian contexts are welcome if they have implications for a broad audience.
