Teacher's quality improvement can be conducted if there any attention and commitment among government, community, teachers, and parties involved in management of education. The issue is challenges of headmasters and teachers in improvement of education quality in their school, and for nation wide, the national education quality. And the government must arrange and conduct continuous improvement program for teacher's quality.
