Announcement for Prospective Authors
We would like to inform all prospective authors that starting in 2026, Civics: Media Kajian Kewarganegaraan will no longer accept manuscripts focusing solely on instructional practices or classroom-based learning models of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn).
Moving forward, the journal will exclusively publish articles that align with the following updated focus and scope:
Jurnal Civics: Media Kajian Kewarganegaraan delves into the discourse and practice of citizenship studies in diverse contexts. This journal focuses on the dimensions and perspectives of cultural citizenship diversity, gender equality and social justice of citizens, civic education, politics of citizenship, moral citizenship, political citizenship, civic literacy, citizen legal awareness, and ideological studies within both national and global frameworks.
The topics of published articles must belong to at least one of the following scopes:
