Rural communities around new university campuses often face rapid socio-economic changes, while local governance capacity is not always supported by integrated digital services. Kepuh Hamlet, Pacarejo, faced two main problems: manual administrative services and limited digital exposure for local economic potential. This community service aimed to develop and implement NusaDesa as a flexible multi-village digital platform for public services, village data management, and local potential mapping. The activity was conducted through a participatory approach combined with a structured web development process, including needs analysis, system design, technology implementation, training, assistance, and evaluation. The result is a web-based platform consisting of a public portal and village admin panel. The implemented modules include dashboard, village data management, correspondence services, micro and small enterprise management, boarding-house management, tourism management, news management, homepage management, population data, and user administration. Initial implementation in Kepuh shows that NusaDesa provides a more integrated model for village information management and can be replicated by other villages. The platform supports digital governance, local economic visibility, and future smart village development.
