Widyakara Journal is a fully open-access journal. All articles are free to read, download, and share immediately on publication, without subscription or registration, in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative.

1. Licence

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) licence. Anyone may share and adapt the work if they give appropriate credit to the authors and to the original publication in Widyakara Journal, link to the licence and indicate changes; do not use it for commercial purposes; and share adaptations under the same licence. The licence statement appears on every article page and on the first page of every PDF.

2. Copyright

Authors retain copyright without restriction and grant the journal the right of first publication (Copyright Notice).

3. Access and Fees

Readers pay nothing to access articles, and authors pay nothing to submit or publish (Author Fees). Publication costs are covered by Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta.

4. Self-Archiving

Authors may post the submitted version, the accepted manuscript, or the published PDF in repositories and on personal websites at any time, with the full citation and DOI of the published article.

5. Discoverability

• Each article receives a DOI registered with Crossref.
• Metadata are available through the OAI-PMH interface at https://journal.uny.ac.id/index.php/widyakara/oai, and through Dublin Core and Google Scholar metadata on each article page.
