Widyakara Journal is a scientific journal focuses on the advancement of knowledge and practice in vocational education, administration, and digital transformation, aiming to strengthen human resource quality and modern organizational governance. The scope covers research on vocational education in enhancing workforce competencies, innovations in office management and operations, as well as strategies in archiving and records management as the foundation of information governance.
The journal also welcomes studies on the integration of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in administration, responding to the challenges of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. Research on business communication and leadership is included as an essential aspect of organizational effectiveness, together with the development of digital literacy and soft skills as key competencies for the future workforce.
Furthermore, the scope extends to human resource management and administrative operations that are adaptive to dynamic business environments, and innovations in MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition) entrepreneurship, which play a strategic role in driving the creative economy. Thus, this journal serves as a scholarly platform emphasizing the synergy between vocational education, modern administration, digital transformation, and innovation-based entrepreneurship.
