Widyakara Journal publishes research on vocational education, office administration, and digital transformation that strengthens the quality of human resources and modern organisational governance. Its scope covers vocational education and workforce competencies; office management and administrative operations; archiving and records management; digital technology and artificial intelligence in administration; business communication and leadership; digital literacy and soft skills; human resource management; and MICE and innovation-based entrepreneurship. It publishes research articles, systematic literature reviews, and conceptual articles (Focus and Scope).

On 17 August 2025, at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, the journal signed a cooperation agreement on its management and publication with the Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI). ASPAPI has no role in editorial decisions.

Researchers, lecturers, teachers, practitioners, and students are invited to submit manuscripts online. Please read the Author Guidelines and submit three files prepared from the Widyakara templates: the Title Page, the Anonymised Manuscript, and the signed Statement of Originality (Peer Review Process).
