Manuscripts outside these areas, or that treat administration only as a setting rather than as the object of study, are declined at initial screening.

Types of manuscript

Type Description
Research article Original quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, or development (R&D) research.
Systematic literature review A transparent review of published studies, reported according to PRISMA 2020.
Conceptual article A theoretical argument or model grounded in current literature.

All articles are written and published in English.
