Submissions from Editors and Board Members

Manuscripts submitted by Editors or Editorial Board members are subjected to the same rigorous evaluation standards as standard submissions. Internal authors have no access to the editorial system for their own submissions, and processing is handled independently by External/Guest Editors and double-blind reviewers.
