Vol. 2 No. 1 (2025): Journal of Culture, Literature, and Foreign Language Teaching

Welcome to the Journal of Culture, Literature, and Foreign Language Teaching (Volume 2, Issue 1, 2025). This issue focuses on two interconnected yet often viewed as separate fields: the teaching of the German language with innovative methods and the analysis of literary works that enrich the understanding of the language.

In an era of globalization that increasingly connects various cultures and languages, it is crucial for educators and language teaching practitioners to continuously adapt to innovative approaches that can enhance the effectiveness of learning. One method that has received significant attention in this study is the use of technology and interdisciplinary approaches that combine culture, literature, and language. Through these modern methods, it is hoped that German language learning can become more engaging, contextual, and relevant to the development of the times.

This issue also emphasizes the importance of literary analysis as a tool for deepening the understanding of the German language. Literature not only offers complex texts but also serves as a window to understand the values, history, and identity of a nation. The research published in this journal explores various aspects of German literature, from classical narratives to contemporary texts, providing new insights for both educators and learners in understanding the structure of the language and the socio-cultural context that surrounds it.

We hope that this publication will contribute significantly to the development of research and practices in the teaching of the German language worldwide and open up space for further discussion on the interaction between language, literature, and culture in foreign language education.

Thank you for your attention, and we hope this issue will inspire academics, educators, and researchers in the development and innovation of foreign language teaching, especially German.
