PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PERILAKU KEWARGANEGARAAN DALAM ORGANISASI KARYAWAN PADA DEPARTEMEN HUMAN CAPITAL PT AEROFOOD INDONESIA

Karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi merupakan aset penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan karena dapat menunjukkan sikap atau perilaku positif terhadap perusahaan yaitu perilaku kewarganegaraan dalam organisasi. Tujuan Penulis melakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan dalam organisasi karyawan pada Departemen Human Capital PT Aerofood Indonesia (Inflight Catering Division) Unit Jakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Departemen Human Capital di Divisi Inflight Catering PT Aerofood Indonesia Unit Jakarta yang berjumlah 18 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, serta metode analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan kepuasan kerja akan meningkatkan perilaku kewarganegaraan dalam organisasi secara signifikan.
