Abstract


Konflik adalah sesuatu yang tidak bisa dihindari dalam kehidupan organisasi. Artikel ini membahas transisi pemikiran mengenai konflik yang berkembang dari pandangan tradisional, pandangan hubungan manusia sampai dengan pandangan interaksionis. Sejarah konsep konflik berasal dari kontribusi beberapa disiplin ilmu, terutama filsafat dan sosiologi. Bagian selanjutnya dari artikel ini membahas sifat konflik yang berupa konsep definisi, proses, sumber dan jenis konflik.
