Abstract

The study aims to determine (1) The learning process with the lecture method (2) The learning process with the picture and picture method (3) The effectiveness of the picture and picture method on the learning outcomes of Processed Animal Products Production of SMK Negeri 1 Pandak. The study used a quantitative type of quasi experiment. The study population was 84 students. Sampling technique with simple random sampling. Research samples XI APHP 1 and 2 as many as 28 students as control and experimental classes. The research instruments were pre-test and post-test. Data analysis using descriptive techniques and t-test. The results showed (1) The learning process of the lecture method with power point shows students are less involved in the learning process, the pre-test value is 29.25 and the post-test is 65.67 (2) The learning process of the picture and picture method with flip book shows students are active in the learning process, the pre-test value is 42.58 and the post-test is 80.32 (3) The picture and picture method is quite effective in improving the learning outcomes of Processed Animal Products Production with an N-Gain of 64.21%.
