  1. Copyright Retention

Authors who publish in Jurnal Ilmiah WUNY retain full copyright of their work. The journal does not claim ownership over any submitted or published manuscript. Copyright remains exclusively with the author(s) from the moment of submission through and after publication.

  1. Open Access License 

All articles published in Jurnal Ilmiah WUNY are made freely available to the public under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license is applied at the time of publication.

Under CC BY-SA 4.0, any person is free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution (BY) — Appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s), a link to the license provided, and any changes indicated.

  1. Publishing Rights

By submitting a manuscript to Jurnal Ilmiah WUNY, the author(s) grant the journal a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article in all formats and media, including digital repositories. This right is granted solely for publication purposes and does not transfer copyright to the journal.

Authors are fully entitled to:

  • Reproduce their article in full or in part in any work authored or co-authored by them.
  • Share and self-archive the article in institutional repositories, personal websites, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, SSRN, or any other academic platforms.
  • Post the article as a preprint on services such as OSF Preprints, SSRN, or other preprint servers, before or after publication.
  • Use the article for teaching, conference presentations, and other academic activities without seeking permission from the journal.
  • Grant rights to third parties to reuse the article in derivative works, subject to proper attribution under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
  1. No Restrictions 

Jurnal Ilmiah WUNY imposes no embargo period and no access restrictions on published articles. All content is immediately and permanently open access. Authors are not required to obtain permission from the journal before reusing their own published work in any form.

  1. Author’s Declaration

By submitting to this journal, author(s) declare that:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere, nor is it under review at another journal.
  • All named authors have contributed substantially to the work and have approved the final version.
  • The work does not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Where third-party copyrighted material has been included, the author(s) confirm that appropriate permissions have been obtained.
  1. Third-Party Content

Authors bear sole responsibility for obtaining permission to reproduce any third-party copyrighted material (images, tables, figures, extended quotations) included in their submissions.
