Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter adalah usaha sadar untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada siswa. Karakter positif yang akan ditanamkan, sebagai contoh religiusitas, etika dalam bekerja, disiplin, jujur, adil, dan bertanggung jawab. Secara formal, pendidikan karakter perlu dilakukan sedini mungkin. Nilainilai pendidikan karakter dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam semua mata pelajaran. Untuk sekolah dasar, bisa diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran sastra (termasuk dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia). Bahan sastra bisa diambil dari cerita dalam KKPK karena ada banyak nilai di dalamnya. Pemanfaatan sastra sebagai bahan ajar memiliki banyak kelebihan, karena sastra memuaskan/menghibur dan berguna, dulce et utile. Terlebih lagi, cerita dalam KKPK ditulis oleh anak, tentunya terbebas dari pornografi.

THE USE BOOK KECIL-KECIL PUNYA KARYA LEARNING AS LITERATURE FOR CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT STUDENT
Abstract: Character education is a concious effort to implant character values to the students. The positive character, that would be implanted, for examples the religious, work ethic, discipline, honest, fair, be responsible, etc. Formally, character education need to be carried out as early as possible. The values of character education could be integrated into all subjects. For the elementary school, it could be integrated into learning of literature (Included in Bahasa Indonesia subject). The material of literature could be taken from stories in KKPK because there are many of values inside of it. Take a literature as a material had many of excesses, because literature is gratify/entertain and useful, dulce et utile. More over, the story in KKPK is written by child, and certainly clean from pornographic.
