Abstrak: Pengembangan Video Praktik Manajemen Kearsipan Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Vokasi Era Pandemi. Proses pembelajaran pada saat pandemi covid-19 mengalami banyak permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui proses  pengembangan video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis H5P, 2) menghasilkan video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis H5P; 3) menguji efektivitas video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis H5P. Penelitian dilakukan dengan model research and development, action research, dan quasi experiment. Model research and development yang digunakan adalah model Richey & Klein yang terdiri atas tahap pengembangan, validasi, dan implementasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik focus group discussion, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari validator media dan materi 4 orang dan subjek ujicoba terbatas 52 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) bahwa proses video interaktif berbasis H5P telah melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan dan validasi, 2) telah tersedia 7 video interaktif berbasis H5P yang berhasil dikembangkan 3) hasil validasi media dan materi terhadap video interaktif berbasis H5P mendapatkan predikat sangat baik atau “A”

Abstract: Development of Archives Management Practice Videos to Improve the Quality of Vocational Learning in the Pandemic Era

The learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic experienced many problems. This study aims to: 1) determine the process of developing H5P interactive videos for  learning, 2) produce H5P interactive videos for learning; 2) test the effectiveness of H5Pinteractive videos for learning. The research was conducted using research and development, action research, and quasi-experimental models. The research and development model used is the Richey & Klein model which consists of the stages of development, validation, and implementation. Data collection using focus group discussion techniques, documentation, and questionnaires. The subjects of this study consisted of media and material validators 4 people and a limited trial subject of 52 people. The results showed 1) that the H5P interactive video process has gone through the stages of needs analysis, design, development, and validation, 2) there have been 7 H5Pinteractive videos for learning that have been successfully developed 3) the results of media and material validation H5P interactive videos for learning got predicate very good or "A"
