Abstract


Abstrak: Strategi Prodi D3 Vokasi dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang komepten di era Industri 4.0. Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi telah membawa manusia pada peradaban era industri 4.0. Perkembangan tersebut membawa perubahan disetiap lini kehidupan, termasuk di ranah pendidikan dan industri. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang fokus menghasilkan lulusan siap kerja, vokasi harus menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan industri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan strategi prodi D3 vokasi Sekretari dan Administrasi Bisnis dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang mampu berkompetensi di era digital 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui pengumpulan sampel di tiga kota berbeda yaitu Yogyakarta, Bandung dan Jakarta dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Tahap teknik analisis data dengan cara; pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyimpulan. Proses analisis data menggunakan strategi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa strategi prodi mempersiapkan lulusan yang kompeten melalui 3 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. Setiap tahapan didasari atas perspektif prodi, organisasi kemahasiswaan, dan pembelajaran.

Abstract: Strategy of Vocational D3 Study Program in Preparing Graduates Who Are Competent in The Industrial Era 4.0. The development of technology and communication has brought humans to the civilization of the industrial era 4.0. These developments bring changes in every line of life, including in the realm of education and industry. As an educational institution that focuses on producing graduates who are ready to work, vocational education must adjust to the needs of the industry. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of the D3 vocational Secretariat and Business Administration study program in preparing graduates who are able to compete in the digital era 4.0. This study uses qualitative descriptive method through sample collection in three different cities, namely Yogyakarta, Bandung and Jakarta with observation, interviews, and document studies. Stages of data analysis techniques by means of; data collection, data reduction, and inference. The process of data analysis using strategy planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study explained that the Study Program Strategy prepares competent graduates through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation. Each stage is based on the perspective of study programs, student organizations, and learning.
