Abstract
Abstrak: Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan mengambil sampel karyawan bagian Tata Usaha FISE UNY. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode survey dan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel organizational citizenship behavior sementara itu komitmen organisasi pengaruhnya tidak signifikan.

Abstract: Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This study is a correlational study with a sample of Administration Division employees of FISE UNY. The data was collected using survey method and analyzed through multiple regression analysis. This study finds that job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior variable while the organizational commitment effect is not significant.
