Bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja guru dan keaktifan Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Era Pandemi?

The Covid-19 pandemic that has had an impact on the learning process at SDN Giwangan. SD N Giwangan is obliged to organize online learning to minimize the spread of the virus. However, this mode creates problems, namely, the use of large internet quotas, slow internet networks, and limited devices. As a result, out of 348 students, only 21% of students could participate in online morning learning, 74% of students could not take part in online learning bcause their parents used devices to work, and 5% students did not have internet facilities. In addition, not all teachers are able to carry out learning using online modes. Therefore, research was carried out to improve teacher performance and student achievement. This research is an action research which consists of two cycles and uses a design plan, act, observe, and reflect. Actions are carried out using blended learning. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that blended learning can improve student performance and achievement. The teacher performance score increased from 78.92 at the end of cycle I to 91.08 at the end of cycle II. In addition, the student achievement scores increased from 66.81 at the end of cycle I to 87.5 at the end of cycle II.

Wabah Virus Covid-19 yang mewabah telah memberikan dampak pada proses pembelajaran di SDN Giwangan. SD N Giwangan wajib menyelenggarakan pembelajaran secara daring untuk meminimalisasi penyebaran virus tersebut. Namun, moda ini menimbulkan permasalahan yakni, penggunaan kuota internet yang banyak, jaringan internet tidak lancar, dan keterbatasan gawai. Akibatnya dari 348 siswa hanya 21% siswa bisa mengikuti pembelajaran daring pagi, sebesar 74% dari siswa yang tidak bisa mengikuti pembelajaran daring dikarenakan gawai digunakan orang tua untuk bekerja, dan 5% siswa tidak memiliki fasilitas internet. Selain itu, tidak seluruh guru mampu melakukan pembelajaran menggunakan moda daring. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan prestasi siswa dalam menghadapi situasi ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan yang terdiri dari dua siklus dan menggunakan desain plan, act, observe, dan reflect. Tindakan dilakukan menggunakan pembelajaran menggunakan blended learning. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blended learning dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan prestasi siswa. Nilai kinerja guru naik dari 78,92 di akhir siklus I menjadi 91,08 di akhir siklus II. Selain itu, nilai prestasi siswa naik dari 66,81 di akhir siklus I menjadi 87,5 di akhir siklus II.
