Abstract

Tulisan artikel ini akan menguraikan pandangan perempuan terhadap dinami-ka konflik etnis yang terjadi di Indonesia. Konflik etnis bagi perempuan cenderung dimaknai secara beragam. Dalam batas tertentu, tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik etnis dapat digunakan perempuan sebagai sarana mobilitas vertikal bagi perempuan di tengah marginalisasi mobilitas vertikal perempuan dalam situasi da-mai. Namun, kondisi ini hanya dapat diperankan oleh perempuan manakala perem-puan memiliki kapasitas yang memadai sebagai aktor resolusi konflik etnis. Analisis yang dikembangkan dalam artikel ini menggunakan analisis deskrip-tif kuantitatif dalam membaca pandangan perempuan terhadap konflik etnis. Dan kemudian dikembangkan analisis interpretatif terhadap makna konflik etnis bagi perempuan melalui Focus Group Discussion.
