Abstract


Peningkatan daya saing lembaga pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan mendesak, terutama bagi sekolah swasta yang harus bersaing dengan minimnya bantuan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi guru terhadap pelatihan manajemen lembaga di TK ABA. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap lima partisipan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memperoleh pengetahuan strategi promosi, perubahan keyakinan dalam pengelolaan lembaga, strategi mengimplementasikan manajemen, dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen lembaga. Implikasi penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan eksternal untuk memperkuat manajemen sekolah, sehingga daya saing lembaga dapat terus ditingkatkan.
