Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Video Fenomena Alam dalam Pembelajaran IPA Materi Lapisan Bumi terhadap Kreativitas Ilmiah Siswa MTs

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji peningkatan kreativitas ilmiah siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan video fenomena alam pada materi lapisan bumi serta pengaruhnya terhadap kreativitas ilmiah siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen, menerapkan desain penelitian eksperimen quasi dengan rancangan nonequivalent control-group design. Sampel penelitian menggunakan 2 kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kreativitas ilmiah yang hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan uji N-Gain dan independent sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil uji N-Gain, diperoleh peningkatan kreativitas ilmiah pada kelas eksperimen dalam kategori sedang dan pada kelas kontrol dalam kategori rendah. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, diperoleh nilai hitung 0,00 < 0,05, artinya nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen berbeda signifikan dengan kelas kontrol. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil bahwa pemanfaatan video fenomena alam dalam pembelajaran IPA materi lapisan bumi dapat meningkatkan kreativitas ilmiah siswa dalam kategori sedang serta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas ilmiah siswa MTs.References
