Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengembangkan modul fisika berbasis CTL yang layak untuk pembelajaran fisika pada siswa madrasah aliyah, dan (2) mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan proses sains dan sikap ilmiah siswa menggunakan modul fisika berbasis CTL.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model 4-D yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan yang terdiri atas tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (disseminate). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) modul fisika berbasis CTL yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran fisika pada siswa madrasah aliyah menurut penilaian ahli dan siswa pada kategori penilaian sangat baik, dan (2) ada peningkatan keterampilan proses sains dan sikap ilmiah siswa menggunakan modul fisika berbasis CTL yang dikembangkan.

Developing A Physics Module Based On Ctl To Increase SPS And Scientific Attitudes In Islamic Senior High School
Abstract
This research aimed to: (1) develop a physics module based on CTL which is valid to use in physics instructions of the Islamic Senior High School Students and (2) investigate the increase of science process skills and scientific attitudes using the physics module based on CTL. This development research used Thiagarajan's model with stages including define, design, develop and disseminate. The results showed that (1) a physics module based on CTL was valid to use in instructions of the Islamic Senior High School Students with very good category judged by experts and students, and (2) there was an increase of science process skills and scientific attitudes using physics module based on CTL..
