The themes studied in this edition consist of electronic correspondence systems, the application of e-learning and self-efficacy, the development of teaching materials for student worksheets, digital entrepreneurship, independent learning curriculum learning, leadership and laboratory management. The topic of study in the field of electronic correspondence systems discusses the effectiveness of SISUMAKER by analyzing the influence of five variables in the updated D & M IS Success Model, the next topic of discussion is the application of e-learning and student self-efficacy, discussing the effect of using e-learning self-efficacy on student learning achievement during the covid-19 pandemic. The next topic is about the development of teaching materials for Learner Worksheets (LKPD) with gamification variations assisted by the Wordwall application. Teaching materials that are valid and feasible according to experts are expected to help students achieve the learning objectives set. In the aspect of organizational leadership, it is also discussed related to the leadership patterns applied, which includes aspects: how to make decisions, subordinate involvement in decision making, implementation and follow-up of decision making, communication processes, mastery of technology, and support for infrastructure.
