The results showed the fourth formulation as the most optimal with an average sensory test value of 2.93 (very feasible category), density of 0.99986 g/mL, and pH of 7.41. The fourth formulation liquid foundation is the most suitable for oily skin. After 12 hours of use, no irritation was found. Further research is recommended to use the fourth formulation as the basis for developing liquid foundation because it has shown the best results. It is necessary to adjust the concentration of active ingredients such as witch hazel and green tea to make it more optimal. In addition, it is important to pay attention to the balance of ingredients to produce a texture that is light, comfortable, and suitable for the needs of the skin. It is also necessary to adjust the pH of the formulation
