Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kesejahteraan Pekerja Di Sistem Gig Economy (Studi Pada Freelancer Di Industri Kreatif)

Perkembangan pesat sistem gig economy telah meningkatkan jumlah pekerja freelance, namun kesejahteraan mereka masih menjadi isu krusial akibat keterbatasan dukungan struktural dan tingginya fleksibilitas kerja. Penelitian sebelumnya cenderung berfokus pada aspek finansial, sehingga faktor non-finansial masih kurang dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan tersebut dengan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kesejahteraan pekerja serta memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam konteks gig economy. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 102 pekerja freelance di industri kreatif yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pekerja, sedangkan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan, namun memiliki kontribusi yang relatif kecil sehingga mengindikasikan adanya faktor lain yang turut memengaruhi kesejahteraan pekerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya lingkungan kerja sebagai sumber daya utama dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja pada sistem gig economy. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja menjadi kunci dalam mendorong kesejahteraan pekerja freelance, sementara beban kerja bukan merupakan prediktor utama.
