Political policies in education, such as the obligation of learning has been born in either Europe or the United States and Japan after the birth of democracy in the life of the 19th Century. Meanwhile, it is not possible it can be developed without the intelligent members. Members of the brightest was only through education can be formed. Education directly or indirectly influenced by politics, both in the context of macro and micro. Education and political integration is a plural. Meanwhile, through education can establish the individuals who participate in political life.
