KEPEMIMPINAN INTEGRATIF: SEBUAH KAJIAN TEORI
Abstract
Most of the research study and review seeks to identify the type of effective leadership, however, that effective leadership is hard to find if the model of leadership that stands alone. An emerging solution is a model of integrative leadership. This article explores models of integrative leadership related to organizational effectiveness. The first section of this article discusses the various types of leadership theories. The second part is to discuss models of integrative leadership.
