KEPEMIMPINAN VISIONER DALAM KANCAH GLOBAL
Abstract
The leadership means the ability to persuade, to motivate and to direct other people to the determined aims. The leadership without followers means nothing. Moreover, the followers without the leaders are also wild and lost. The leadership is not merely a matter of how the process of giving the responsibility and authority. A vision is a statement of aim which states the vision of an organization, a better future, a better result and something more wanted than in the past. A vision is also a form of power's expression of everybody's effort in an organization to make the hopes in the future into real. The powerful vision lead the successful leadership is the key of successful organization. The successful organization is an organization which is able to produce the strong commitment leaders who have future vision and able to prosperous their members.
