DESENTRALISASI DAN MAHALNYA BIAYA PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
Decentralization of education provides opportunities for the impact of gaps in education funding so that eventually may lead to the disparity of quality. Second, decentralization of education was longing for a quality educational outcomes and therefore costly, but not every large fees to guarantee quality education. Third, more important is not how expensive education, but whether that education funding has been obtained from the government, parents, and society really used and is returned as closely as possible to education. Fourth, education is not expensive depending on how much funding is used but more on how the ability to pay the parents and the community in education funding.
