National education policy directed at the accumulation of human resources trained as a driver of industry sectors are more productive. The successful development of industrial sectors, largely because education has been able to produce skilled actors and master the various fields of science and technology is required. The challenge for the education sector is to develop educational systems capable of improving basic education equity, education quality and relevance of education to development needs, as well as science and technology education.
