The effort to increase quality of education by draping to goverment's subsidy is not enough. We should strive to earn more educational funding sources from internal and external, or from society or corporate world in various steps. Some of efforts contain changes in the Indonesian educational financing system which is include structural changes, and that is must be supported by the regulation. Governmental policy to quality increase through school based management is the first step in watering down effort of educational funding. But the managerial and leadership ability require to be improved for being able to analyze the opportunity of its environment and initiative taking to do the marketing and sell its comparative excellence.
