Abstract

Teacher is a determinant factor in class to create a successful {earning. According to some researches, the failure in learning mostly caused by teacher factor. For during the time, people assume that the difficult lesson is the root factor of all. This is imprecise in the reality. Teacher's ability in class management is a very determined factor of student's mastering lesson. Therefore to increase the successful learning, we need teacher who mastering the lesson better, submitting better, and sympathetic.
